CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE PRÉCOMMANDE DU Z LOUNGER À 10 €

La précommande d’un accès VIP pour 10 € sur le site www.airmaan.com (ci-après désignée "la Précommande") vous permet d’accéder à des avantages exclusifs lors du lancement de la campagne Kickstarter d’AIRMAAN, prévue le 8 Avril 2025.

En validant cette Précommande, vous acceptez les présentes conditions générales.

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISATION ET OBJET

La société AIRMAAN, immatriculée sous le numéro 84513674600011, dont le siège social est situé à Le Camp de Base, 1 Place du Rochasson, 05000 Gap, France, propose une précommande payante de 10 € permettant aux participants de bénéficier d’avantages exclusifs lors de la campagne Kickstarter du 8 Avril 2025.

La Précommande n’est ni une commande définitive, ni un achat du produit final, mais une réservation prioritaire donnant accès à des conditions préférentielles.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION

La Précommande est ouverte à toute personne physique âgée de 18 ans ou plus, résidant en Europe, aux États-Unis, au Canada, à Hong Kong et en Chine, à l'exception des employés d'AIRMAAN, de ses partenaires et de leur famille proche.

Pour participer, les utilisateurs doivent :

• Effectuer la Précommande sur www.airmaan.com en payant 10 €.
• Fournir une adresse e-mail valide lors du paiement.

La Précommande est individuelle, non cessible et non remboursable.

ARTICLE 3 – AVANTAGES DE LA PRÉCOMMANDE

En effectuant une Précommande VIP à 10 €, vous bénéficiez des avantages suivants :

-        Accès en avant-première à la campagne Kickstarter dès son lancement.

-         Une réduction exclusive de plus de 160 € sur le Z Lounger (189 € au lieu de 384 €, comprenant un Z lounger et ses accessoires au prix public de 349 € et une pompe au prix public de 35 € ).

-        Expédition prioritaire : recevez votre Z Lounger environ 3 mois avant tous les autres contributeurs.

-        Un accès VIP privé sur Kickstarter : une alerte sera envoyé avant les autres contributeurs pour accéder à l’offre la plus exclusive avant tout le monde.

      Une garantie d’un an supplémentaire est offerte, portant la garantie totale du Z Lounger à 2 ans. Les conditions de la garantie sont disponibles dans le manuel fourni avec le Z Lounger ou dans les conditions générales sur le site www.airmaan.com.

Seules 100 places VIP sont disponibles. Une fois épuisées, l’offre prendra fin.

ARTICLE 4 – ABSENCE DE REMBOURSEMENT

La somme de 10 € versée pour la Précommande est non remboursable dans les cas suivants :

• Si le participant ne soutient pas la campagne Kickstarter.
• Si le participant change d’avis après avoir réservé.

Si Airmaan annule sa campagne volontairement, ou que la campagne n’est pas une réussite, la somme de 10 € versée pour la Précommande sera remboursée entièrement.

 

ARTICLE 5 – RESPONSABILITÉ

AIRMAAN ne pourra être tenu responsable en cas de :

• Problèmes techniques empêchant le participant de finaliser son engagement sur Kickstarter dans le délai imparti.
• Report, modification ou annulation de la campagne Kickstarter pour des raisons indépendantes de notre volonté.
• Événements de force majeure, y compris mais sans s’y limiter : perturbations de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, catastrophes naturelles, crises globales affectant la production et la livraison.
• Perte de l’accès VIP due à un non-respect du délai de paiement sur Kickstarter par le participant.
• Erreur d’adresse e-mail fournie par le participant, entraînant la non-réception des informations liées à l’offre Kickstarter.

ARTICLE 6 – DONNÉES PERSONNELLES

Les informations collectées lors de la Précommande sont utilisées exclusivement pour :

• Gérer les précommandes et envoyer les avantages Kickstarter.
• Contacter les participants en cas de mise à jour du projet.

Conformément au RGPD, les participants disposent d’un droit d’accès, de modification et de suppression de leurs données en contactant contact@airmaan.com.

ARTICLE 7 – ACCEPTATION DU RÈGLEMENT

En procédant à la Précommande, vous reconnaissez avoir lu, compris et accepté le présent règlement dans son intégralité.

ARTICLE 8 – MODIFICATIONS ET ANNULATION

AIRMAAN se réserve le droit de modifier ou d’annuler la Précommande en cas de besoin ou d’imprévus liés à la campagne Kickstarter.

Toute modification sera communiquée aux participants via l’adresse e-mail fournie lors de la Précommande.

ARTICLE 9 – PAIEMENT FINAL SUR KICKSTARTER

Pour bénéficier de l’offre exclusive VIP sur Kickstarter, les participants doivent finaliser leur engagement Kickstarter dans un délai de 24 heures après le lancement de la campagne.

• La campagne Kickstarter est prévue pour le 8 Avril 2025.
  Le participant devra finaliser son engagement sur Kickstarter dès que possible afin de garantir les meilleurs tarifs.

  Le montant total du Z Lounger en offre VIP est de 189 €. Plus de 100 unités seront mises en vente, permettant aux VIP de commander plusieurs unités ou aux contributeurs les plus rapides d’obtenir le Z Lounger au meilleur prix.

  Les 10 € réglés lors de la précommande donnent droit à :

  • Une livraison anticipée
  • Une extension de garantie d’un an offerte
  • Une pompe gratuite
  • Une notification prioritaire avant l’ouverture de la campagne

  Chaque précommande à 10 € est valable pour un seul produit. Si un client souhaite obtenir plusieurs produits avec ces mêmes avantages, il devra effectuer plusieurs précommandes de 10 €.

  Si le participant ne finalise pas son engagement rapidement après l’ouverture de la campagne Kickstarter, il sera seul responsable si d’autres contributeurs sécurisent les meilleurs prix avant lui.

ARTICLE 10 – CONDITIONS D’EXPÉDITION & LIVRAISON

• Les contributeurs VIP recevront leur Z Lounger environ 3 mois avant les autres contributeurs Kickstarter, avec une livraison estimée en mai 2025.
• Les frais de livraison ne sont pas inclus dans le prix de l’offre et seront calculés séparément lors du paiement sur Kickstarter. La livraison est estimée entre 22 et 45 euros mais pourrait être plus importante selon les régions et taxes locales. Le client est responsable des frais de douanes supplémentaires.
• Les délais de livraison sont donnés à titre indicatif et peuvent être affectés par des facteurs externes indépendants de la volonté d’AIRMAAN.
• En cas de retards imprévus, AIRMAAN informera les contributeurs avec une mise à jour des délais estimés.

ARTICLE 13 – MODIFICATION & ANNULATION DU PROGRAMME DE PRÉCOMMANDE

AIRMAAN se réserve le droit de :

• Modifier ou prolonger le calendrier de la campagne, la tarification ou les conditions de précommande avant le lancement sur Kickstarter.
• Suspendre ou annuler le programme de précommande en cas de force majeure, de contraintes légales ou d’échec de la campagne Kickstarter.
• Communiquer toute modification aux participants via l’adresse e-mail fournie lors de la précommande.

Toute modification sera effectuée de bonne foi et dans l’intérêt des contributeurs et du bon déroulement de la campagne.

ARTICLE 14 – DROIT APPLICABLE ET JURIDICTION

Le présent règlement est soumis au droit français.
En cas de litige, les tribunaux compétents de Gap, France, seront seuls compétents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE €10 Z LOUNGER VIP PREORDER

Reserving a €10 VIP spot on the website www.airmaan.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Preorder") grants you exclusive benefits during the launch of the AIRMAAN Kickstarter campaign, scheduled for April 8, 2025.

By making this Preorder, you agree to these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND PURPOSE

The company AIRMAAN, registered under number 84513674600011, with its head office at Le Camp de Base, 1 Place du Rochasson, 05000 Gap, France, offers a €10 paid preorder, allowing participants to benefit from exclusive offers during the April 8, 2025 Kickstarter campaign.

The Preorder is not a final order or purchase of the product but a priority reservation granting access to exclusive benefits.

ARTICLE 2 – ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

The Preorder is open to any individual aged 18 or older, residing in Europe, the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and China, except for employees of AIRMAAN, its partners, and their immediate family members.

To participate, users must:

• Make the Preorder on www.airmaan.com by paying €10.
• Provide a valid email address at the time of payment.

The Preorder is individual, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

ARTICLE 3 – BENEFITS OF THE PREORDER

By placing a €10 VIP Preorder, you receive the following benefits:

• Early access to the Kickstarter campaign as soon as it launches.
• An exclusive discount of over €160 on the Z Lounger (€189 instead of €384), including a Z Lounger and accessories (retail price: €349) plus a pump (retail price: €35).
• Priority shipping – Receive your Z Lounger approximately 3 months before all other backers.
• Private VIP access on Kickstarter – A notification will be sent to VIPs before other backers, allowing early access to the most exclusive offer.
• A free 1-year extended warranty, increasing the total warranty for the Z Lounger to 2 years. Warranty conditions are available in the user manual provided with the Z Lounger or in the terms and conditions on the website www.airmaan.com.

Only 100 VIP spots are available. Once they’re gone, the offer will end!

ARTICLE 4 – NO REFUND POLICY

The €10 preorder fee is non-refundable, except in the following cases:

• If the participant does not support the Kickstarter campaign, the fee remains non-refundable.
• If the participant changes their mind after making the reservation, no refund will be granted.
• If AIRMAAN cancels the Kickstarter campaign voluntarily or if the campaign fails to reach its goal, the €10 preorder fee will be fully refunded.

ARTICLE 5 – LIABILITY

AIRMAAN shall not be held responsible for:

• Technical issues preventing the participant from finalizing their Kickstarter pledge within the required timeframe.
• Kickstarter campaign delays, modifications, or cancellations beyond AIRMAAN’s control.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or global crises impacting production and delivery.
• Loss of VIP access due to the participant failing to complete their pledge within the required timeframe.
• Incorrect email addresses provided by participants, leading to non-receipt of important Kickstarter-related information.

ARTICLE 6 – PERSONAL DATA

The information collected during the Preorder is used exclusively to:

• Manage preorders and provide Kickstarter-related benefits.
• Contact participants in case of project updates.

In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), participants have the right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting contact@airmaan.com.

ARTICLE 7 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By making the Preorder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 8 – MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATION

AIRMAAN reserves the right to modify or cancel the Preorder if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances related to the Kickstarter campaign.

Any changes will be communicated to participants via the email address provided during the Preorder.

ARTICLE 9 – FINAL PAYMENT ON KICKSTARTER

The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled for April 8, 2025.
Participants must finalize their pledge on Kickstarter as soon as possible to secure the best prices.

The VIP offer price for the Z Lounger is €189. More than 100 units will be available, allowing VIPs to order multiple units or for the fastest backers to secure the best price.

The €10 paid during the preorder grants access to:

• Early shipping
• A free 1-year extended warranty
• A free pump
• Priority notification before the campaign launch

Each €10 preorder is valid for one product only. If a customer wishes to purchase multiple products with the same benefits, they must place multiple €10 preorders.

If the participant does not finalize their pledge quickly after the Kickstarter campaign launches, they will be solely responsible if other backers secure the best prices before them.

ARTICLE 10 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY CONDITIONS

VIP backers will receive their Z Lounger approximately 3 months before other Kickstarter backers, with an estimated delivery in May 2025.

Shipping costs are not included in the offer price and will be calculated separately at checkout on Kickstarter. The estimated shipping fee ranges between €22 and €45, but it may be higher depending on the region and local taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional customs duties.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by external factors beyond AIRMAAN’s control.

In the event of unexpected delays, AIRMAAN will notify backers with an updated delivery estimate.

ARTICLE 11 – MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION OF THE PREORDER PROGRAM

ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Gap, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
