OFFICIAL RULES OF THE "Z LOUNGER LOTTERY" CONTEST

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

The company AIRMAAN , registered under number 84513674600011 , whose head office is located at Le camp de Base, 1 place du Rochasson 05000 Gap (France), is organizing a free competition with no obligation to purchase , entitled "Z Lounger Loterie" (hereinafter referred to as "the Competition").

The Competition is accessible from the website www.airmaan.com and on AIRMAAN social networks.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This Competition is open to any natural person, aged 18 or over , residing in Europe, the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and China, with the exception of AIRMAAN employees, its partners and their immediate family.

Participation is free and without obligation to purchase .

Anyone wishing to participate must:

Register for the Competition via the dedicated form on the AIRMAAN website.
Follow AIRMAAN on Facebook and Instagram .
Share the official Contest post on your social networks.

Any incomplete or fraudulent participation will be void.

ARTICLE 3 – DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The Competition starts on 02/05/2025 at 12:00 noon and ends on 10/05/2025 at 12 noon.

ARTICLE 4 – DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The draw will be made on May 10, 2025 via random selection software among all valid entries.

Winners will be contacted via email and/or private message on social media within 30 days of the drawing.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days , a new draw will be made.

ARTICLE 5 – ENDOWMENTS

The winner will receive the following prize:

1st Prize: A pack of 2 Z Loungers + accessories + Pump + Drybag worth 800 Euros.

Prizes are not exchangeable, modifiable or convertible into cash.

ARTICLE 6 – RESPONSIBILITY

AIRMAAN cannot be held responsible in the event of:

Technical issues affecting Contest registration.
Error sending winner notifications due to invalid email address.
Loss, theft or damage to lots after shipment.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

Information collected in connection with the Contest is used solely to manage entries and contact winners.

In accordance with the GDPR , participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting contact@airmaan.com .

ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the Competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 9 – MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATION

AIRMAAN reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition in the event of force majeure, without this giving rise to any compensation for the participants.

ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These regulations are subject to French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Gap.

This Contest is open to any individual aged 18 or older , residing in Europe, the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, and China , except for employees of AIRMAAN, its partners, and their immediate family members .

Participation is free and does not require any purchase .

To enter the Contest, participants must:

Register for the Contest through the dedicated form on the AIRMAAN website.
Follow AIRMAAN on Facebook and Instagram .
Share the official Contest post on their social media.

Any incomplete or fraudulent entry will be disqualified .

ARTICLE 3 – DURATION OF THE CONTEST

The Contest begins on February 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM and ends on May 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM .

ARTICLE 4 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The random draw will take place on May 10, 2025 , using a software-generated selection among all valid entries.

Winners will be contacted via email and/or private message on social media within 30 days of the draw.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days , a new draw will be conducted.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

The winner will receive the following prize:

1st Prize: A pack including 2 Z Loungers + accessories + Pump + Drybag , valued at €800 .

The prizes cannot be exchanged, modified, or converted into cash .

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY

AIRMAAN shall not be held responsible in the event of:

Technical issues affecting contest registration.
Delivery failure of winner notifications due to an invalid email address.
Loss, theft, or damage to prizes after shipment.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

The personal information collected during the Contest is used exclusively for managing entries and contacting winners .
