Precautions for Use – Z Pump
The Z Pump is designed to efficiently inflate and deflate your Airmaan furniture. Use it only with compatible products and always follow the manufacturer's recommended pressures.
- Inflation pressure: Never exceed the maximum pressure indicated on your furniture (9 PSI maximum). Overinflation can damage the valves or the product's structure.
- Monitoring: Do not leave the pump running unattended during inflation. Check the pressure regularly to avoid over-inflation.
- Heat exposure: Do not use the pump in direct sunlight or in a very hot environment for a prolonged period to avoid overheating the motor.
- Humid environments: The Z Pump is not waterproof. Avoid all contact with water, splashes, or use in a wet or very humid environment.

Cleaning: Clean the pump only with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Never use chemicals or solvents.
- Cable and power supply: Regularly check the condition of the cable and connector. Do not use the pump if the cable is damaged.
- Storage: After use, unplug the pump and allow it to cool before storing. Keep it in a dry, clean place, away from dust and heat.
- Use by children: The Z Pump should not be used by children without adult supervision.

1. Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you received your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories and packaging.
- Damaged, used or altered items will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Procedure
- Before returning a product, please contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions.
- Include a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt in the return package.
3. Return Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error on our part.
- If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.
4. Reimbursement
- Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days .
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only possible for products of equal value. Contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
6. Exceptions
- Promotional, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for return or exchange.
Warranty – Z Pump
12-month warranty
The Z Pump is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects, provided that it is used normally and in accordance with the product instructions.
For complete warranty conditions, please refer to the product manual provided at the time of purchase. Following the instructions in the manual is essential to claim under the warranty.
The warranty excludes:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from misuse, inappropriate use, or lack of maintenance.
Damage caused by overinflation, misuse, improper tension, or use with incompatible products.
Damage due to exposure to water, humidity, excessive heat, or prolonged exposure to the sun.
Damage related to transport, improper storage or accidental impacts.
Products modified, repaired or altered by unauthorized third parties.
Use for professional, commercial or rental purposes.
Parts, cables or accessories not supplied or approved by the manufacturer.
Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers.
Any defective product must be returned with the invoice to its retailer for assessment, repair or replacement.
This warranty applies to the exclusion of all others and does not cover indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

How durable are Airmaan super-inflatables?

How many times per year should I re-inflate my furniture?
Yes, you can select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country's version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Are your inflatables eco-responsible?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it's quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

My super inflatable has small imperfections
The composite technology we use does not allow the use of industrial machines. Thus, your Airmaan super-inflatable is entirely handmade by one of our workers and will bear the mark of his work when viewed closely. We prefer our inflatables without a cover, but if the appearance of the polymer does not suit you, you have the option of adding a cover over it.
