Precautions for Use
Your Airmaan furniture can remain permanently inflated. However, do not exceed the maximum pressure of 9 PSI. For optimal comfort, we recommend a pressure of 3 to 5 PSI.
- Exposure to the sun : If you plan to leave your furniture in direct sunlight, be sure to deflate it slightly to avoid overpressure due to heat.
- Use in chlorinated or salty environments : If you use it in chlorinated or salty environments, rinse your furniture regularly with fresh water to preserve its materials.
- Cleaning : To clean the furniture, do not use chemicals. A cloth, soap, and clear water will suffice.
- Surfaces : Although very durable, avoid using your furniture on rough or sharp surfaces that could damage it.
- Storage : If you are going to be away for an extended period of time, store your furniture in a cool, dry place. Deflate it manually or with one of our pumps until it is flat. Then roll or fold it, secure it with a strap and place it in the storage bag provided.

1. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you received your order.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories and packaging.
Damaged, used or altered items will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Procedure
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions.
Include a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt in the return package.
3. Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error on our part.
If the product is defective or incorrect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for return.
4. Reimbursement
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days .
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only possible for products of the same value. Contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
6. Exceptions
Promotional, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for return or exchange.
12 Month Warranty
This product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, subject to normal use. Refer to the manual provided with the purchase of the product to claim your warranty.
The warranty excludes:
Normal wear, punctures, abrasions, and discoloration.
Damage due to abuse, improper use, or lack of maintenance.
Modified products, used for purposes not intended (rental, professional use, etc.).
Damage caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, transportation, or improper storage.
Parts and accessories not supplied by the manufacturer.
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or in used condition.
Any defective product must be returned with the invoice to its retailer for repair or replacement. This warranty is applicable to the exclusion of any other and does not cover indirect or incidental damages.
