Precautions for Use – Z Bag
The Z Bag is designed for transporting and storing your Airmaan furniture and accessories. Using it according to the recommendations below will help preserve its durability and performance.
- Maximum load: Respect the recommended load capacity. Excessive overloading may damage seams, closures, or straps.
- Sun exposure: Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun when not in use, in order to limit premature wear of materials and discoloration.

Humid or salty environments: After use in a humid, salty or chlorinated environment, allow the Z Bag to dry completely in the open air before storing to prevent mold and material degradation.
- Cleaning: Clean the Z Bag with a cloth, clean water, and mild soap. Do not use chemicals, solvents, or high-pressure cleaners.
- Transport: Ensure the Z Bag is securely closed before transport and avoid excessive friction against rough or sharp surfaces.
- Storage: When the Z Bag is not in use, store it in a dry, clean place away from heat. Do not store it damp or dirty.
- Use by children: The Z Bag is not a toy and should not be used by children without adult supervision.

1. Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you received your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories and packaging.
- Damaged, used or altered items will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Procedure
- Before returning a product, please contact our customer service department to obtain a return authorization and detailed instructions.
- Include a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt in the return package.
3. Return Fees
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error on our part.
- If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return.
4. Reimbursement
- Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days .
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only possible for products of equal value. Contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
6. Exceptions
- Promotional, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper care, or circumstances beyond our control are not eligible for return or exchange.

For complete warranty conditions, please refer to the product manual. The Z Bag is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects, provided it is used normally and in accordance with the usage recommendations.
For complete warranty conditions, please refer to the product manual provided at the time of purchase. Following the instructions in the manual is necessary to claim under the warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, abrasion marks or discoloration due to use.
Damage caused by overloading, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
Damage caused by prolonged exposure to the elements (sun, water, salt, chemicals, etc.).
Damage resulting from improper storage, careless transport, or accidental impacts.
Products modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
Use for professional, commercial or rental purposes.
Parts or accessories not supplied by the manufacturer.
Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or purchased second-hand.
Any defective product must be returned with proof of purchase to its retailer for assessment, repair or replacement.
This warranty applies to the exclusion of all others and does not cover indirect or incidental damages.
